These tests culminated in a bone marrow biopsy that confirmed his worst fears: he had high-risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome. His doctors delivered a grim prognosis—without immediate treatment, his life expectancy could be as short as 6 to 15 months.
Andrew and his family are devastated by the diagnosis. "Hearing that kind of news is something you can never prepare for," Andrew shared with deep emotion in his voice.
